As a Communication Studies graduate out of McMaster University, Mary Bettiol observed the world from a public relations perspective, with a patient listening ear and sense for contemporary marketing techniques. This angle required a creative eye, combined with effective communication skills, as she worked with high-profile publicists in the sporting goods industry. Today, as a real estate professional, she is incorporating those same skills in every experience with her clients.

An attentive listener, Mary employs encouragement as she creates a positive experience for all parties involved in any property transaction. Her approach is a reflection of her background in communication: she listens to the client’s needs and matches them to the right property while ensuring a flawless transaction. Mary’s genuine desire to create a relaxed home buying or selling experience is the key to her success.

Mary is a Hamilton native in love with the cultural, recreational and social opportunities that the city provides. She credits the values instilled by her parents, both real estate salespeople, as being vital to her professional success. She is supported by two generations of respected family presence in home construction and real estate resulting in comprehensive understanding of the Hamilton-area real estate market, knowledge of local communities and neighbourhoods, and a network of expert vendors for repair, design, lending and more. Mary attended local schools, but also studied abroad in England, at the University of Leeds, while traveling extensively in Europe.
